I started this running caper in Jan and had to buy trainers to start !! Hadn’t done any sports in over 20 years. I was a fully qualified coach potato !!! BUT.... tonight I ran 6k. Not super speedy but at a constant pace. So if you have any doubt remember... if I can do you so can you !!! 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️ #slowandsteady

Congratulations on 6K. Very well done to you. C25K is an amazing plan. It’s changed so many lives for the better including mine. I too was a couch potato and now I’m running 5K, 7K and 10k.

Your post is great, very inspirational for anyone just starting out.

No quite at your level but that’s my goal. I agree that C25K is amazing

I’m 2 years since starting and only really properly picked up the pace in January. A run is a run. Being able to run 6K without stopping is a fantastic achievement. People post C25k have gone on to do Half Marathons and full Marathons. 10K is my limit.

I agree!! I did my last graduation run today and chose to go super ( almost weird looking ) pace. It really worked for me as I did 5 k better than before just slower. Well done.

Many congratulations on graduating! I’m 4 months from graduation and still only run the Japanese slow jogging way! Love it!!
