Ah, he's SO sweet! What a lovely little chap, and what great role-models his parents are! Isn't it funny how children like putting tokens in a box. My daughter loves going to Waitrose, because of their charity green token scheme at checkout!

Did you see the other bit? In upcoming anniversaries it's Crystal Palace parkrun anniversary on the 25th, this week. But in 'event news', it's been cancelled due to another event in the park!
My brother helps at the Alexander Palace run. Great views over London but you go up the hill!
How cute! My eldest is 4 and has been pestering me for a while to take her with me when I run. At the weekend I'm going to take her around the block and then drop her home before I go on my proper run. She's inherited my old phone armband and she's raring to go 
I didn't know about junior parkruns, I might ask on Saturday if there's any interest in one.
So cute, and he looks like a great runner too!
