Coming to an end

Well my C25K journey is coming to an end. I’ve just completed wk9 run 1- only 2 more to go.

To anyone who reads this and is just starting out- honestly if I can get this far after virtually no excersise in 10+ years then so can you. There’s been the odd troubled run but generally as each weeks gone by the more I’ve found enjoyment in it.

Can’t wait to finish it. I’ll then have a few days rest followed by a good few weeks of consolidation then who knows where this could end up!

Hey man well done on week 6. I’ve finished now. I’ve had my feet up for last couple days, week off with wife and kids for Easter.

Back running again tommorow. Your on the home straight now- enjoy the last few weeks- they really are great
