Finally got week one done. Okay it was started last week but finally done my third run after my knee had flared up. Hopefully with a little pushing this week I’ll get all caught up only 3 more runs to get through 🥵 fingers crossed I make it happening 🤞🏻💪🏻

I have just done run two of week one. Only started on Sunday. I found today easier! Not sure if it is a psychological thing because I can’t be physically fitter after one run!😂

Well done on getting your run done! X

I found that W1R2 was a completely different experience to my first run, and happily that trend has continued as I have progressed.

I finished Wk3 today and I feel each run so far has prepared me for the next. I can’t believe the progress I have made, but it is definitely there. I’m trusting in the program and the lovely Laura on the C25K app who keeps telling me I’m doing brilliantly, and I believe every word she says!

I honestly feel the best I’ve felt in ages!

Good luck with your running journey!

Don't push yourself too hard, you might damage your knee and then you'll be laid off for who knows how long. Listen to your body.

I’m not going to lie. I am my worst critic and with regards to me knee it’s kinda like damed if I do and damed if I don’t.

I need to build it up and get fitter. It does always cause me problems which I think will be for the rest of my life.

I only want things to get easier and muscle strength to build and carry my knee through it. It’s not to bad after today’s run which is a blessing atm but let’s see how it goes I guess.

Here’s to hoping. 🤞🏻
