Breaking the barrier! W4R1

So today was the day. The moment I was convinced my couch to 5k journey would be over. Me? Run for 5 minutes? No chance I won’t be able to do it. I could cry I’m so happy! I completed all of the runs! Got really bad cramp in my left calf in the final 5 minutes but I pushed through and I finally feel like I might actually be able to run 5k by the end of it

I'm on week 4, and I'm convinced this is the pivotal week. People talk about week 5 run 3 but the jump from 9 minutes to 16 is huge. Like you say, after this, you know you can complete this course. Well done. 👏👊🏃‍♀️
