The title of he App is Couch to 5k the target is running 30 minutes after 9 weeks of training! The distance will come once you've cracked the stamina

The plan aims to get you running for 30 minutes. For a small minority of graduates that will be 5k, as this poll illustrates healthunlocked.com/couchto5....
You can add your distances up any way you wish, but if you want to know how far you run in thirty minutes then you don't include the warmup and cool down walks.

Hi sethor, I started c25k this time last year, and graduated at the end of June. I still can't run 5k in 30 minutes. I CAN run 5k though! I think my fastest is about 34 minutes. Try a park run one Saturday, it's a great way to try the distance, and it's definitely doable if you can run for 30 minutes.
