These are made for easy slow and steady runs.. start slow, stay slow and enjoy. Let the newly fully forming running legs, find their happy pace. They know what to do

Fantastic! As Oldfloss says, nice and slow, the most important thing is the duration not speed or distance, just that your running continuously. These next few weeks are a marvel!
