I am pleased to report that my new shoes are very comfy π. Short run in the woods. Found the inclines hard work though and I was puffing rather a lot - phew! I have been mostly running on flat trails so I can gradually increase the distance without feeling too tired, and pace has improved too. But hills really are important and the flat routes feel so much easier after a few hills π
Note to self - short run each week must include some hill work.
