Week 1 Run 2 - it was easier!

I’m so pleased I started this. I completed my second run today and found it slightly easier than the first. I seemed to get back quicker - wasn’t a conscious effort, it just seemed to happen. I struggled less on each run and actually felt I could run a bit more which was nice rather than slowing to almost a stop like last time. Actually can’t wait for run 3!

Great for getting started, c25k really is a great plan and anyone can achieve running if they put the effort in and your enjoying it already that's a good sign 😊😊

Great job. Sounds like you got that pace dead right... it’s common to speed up slightly after 5-10 minutes, sometimes you’ll feel it happen if you’re thinking about it. Enjoy run 3 and your journey to 30 minutes.
