I going to miss week 3, we had some good times. I could have settled down with week 3 and lived a happy life, but I must continue on my journey... Bring on week 4.
I've been concerned about week 4 and running 5 minutes, so after my cool down walk, I did a ten minute walk and then I did 5 minutes at a very slow pace. It was hard, but I'm glad I did it. I now know I need to slow down in week 4 otherwise I won't complete it.
Feeling good, I'm recommending C25K to everyone I see now.
This is brilliant Hidden , C25k should be on prescription!! It’s so good for 1...our health...2...our mental health....3..for that feel good feeling and 4...for that just getting it feeling....unless you’re a runner, you don’t get why those runs have to be done...or the feeling you get from doing those runs...I used to look at my friends partner when he said he had to go for a run...while my friend was at work...and I used to roll my eyes! But I get it now! Running is just the solution to so many of life’s complications....don’t get me wrong, my life is not complicated at all...my family life is loving and stable...but my running takes me somewhere that I haven’t got time for...or don’t want to burden anyone with...it’s not complicated, I just run......because I can x
Me too! Finished W3 yesterday. I am really pumped to start W4 and I’m putting all my faith into the programme and my commitment to it. I too will be taking it slow and will be updating my running playlist.
