Well done. The target after 9 weeks is of course 30 minutes and not everyone is as fast as you. Certainly, most people do get to 5k after graduation but the majority will not reach 5k in 9 weeks, and itโs important not to transmit the expectation that they should.
Iโve been training twice a week since November in MMA so I had a bit of fitness to begin with
I find it quite easy up to 20 mins, itโs the last 10 mins I really start to feel the burn
Hopefully it will get more comfortable the more I run

To get your graduation badge and the word Graduate next to your username, leave a message on the April pinned graduation post on the right side of the C25K Healthunlocked Homepage and tell the administrators that you have completed C25K with run 3 of week 9.

Better to use a laptop for this, go to the April graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page, you will see April graduates, click the link and tell the administrators that you have completed C25K.
You can use a Smartphone but like you I could not find it on that.
