i got to week 7 at the beginning of Nov then didnt run for 5 months. I started back at the beginning of C25K. I was horrified by how i had completely regressed in terms of fitness. However, the progress has been easier this time round, and at least i know i can do it as been there before.
So maybe start with W1R1 and see how that feels. If its easy jump to W2R1 for the next run etc until you find your level, then progress with the program from there? What you don't want to do is set off to quickly and risk injury.
