Evening all,

Next run on Couch to 5K is Week 6, Run 2 but because of self isolating, I've missed 4 planned runs over 10 days. What week/run should I restart at? Am new runner & done no exercise whilst isolating

Tks

You shouldn’t lose fitness until you haven’t run for 2 weeks so you will probably be fine to carry on just take it gently and don’t push yourself too hard, if you aren’t confident you could go back a week though

I would go out and give your next run a go , you shouldn't loose fitness in the first 2 weeks and then it will be gradual.Just take it slowly 👍

Great name BTW. And film star in Escape to Victory. Same user pic too. I must change mine by now!

If you find your ext ru hard you can always go back a week but you should be OK.
