I completed week 8 almost two weeks ago now and life/stress has gotten in the way of me starting week 9 so this weekend I managed to clear my head, organise myself again and got myself all ready to complete week 9 this week. Well I've now got myself a lovely foot injury which is a pain to walk on let alone run 🤦🏻♀️
Just want to have my moan here because I know there's others who also feel bummed down with injuries or just life getting in the way.
Here's hoping and praying we'll all be on route again 🙏🏻
