Today’s run was messed up by a failure of technology, the farm land rover appearing behind us, and a man with a dog who carefully put it on a lead and took it onto a field as he saw us running towards him, only to let it off as soon as he got there, at which point it charged at us barking and growling.
It was not messed up by sheep, horses, or the bull by the fence. 😍
Took the opportunity to do 2 ‘downhill’ - fine, slight slopes 😉- intervals: one with Merlin, one without.
Total, according to my Health app - 4.6k in 30mins
Now I am off to fetch free soil...

You have some pace going on there in those intervals. I don’t mind when dogs come to say hello but if they are snarly the owners should look out for them. I’m such a softy on a run, the only thing I will stop for is a friendly dog, I can’t ignore those big eyes saying hello 😀.
To be fair even the friendliest of dogs can get barky when they see a fast moving dog coming at them down a path, but he put this one on a lead and took it out of our way only to release it straightaway 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
