Hello Sunday...ran this morning and thought I would try a new route and tackle a hill at the start after my warm up, now some people would call it an incline but I beg to differ and it was definitely a hill ! Took it slow and did three quarters but had to walk the rest...felt my heart rate go up but least it didn’t stop which is a good thing ! Once I finished my Nike Running App said I have ran the furthest total distances this week...was hard going this morning but still chuffed. Have a wonderful day everyone 🌼☀️🌼

It’s amazing how a gentle slope feels like a small mountain when you’re running isn’t it! Well done for giving it a go, keep at it n soon you’ll be running up it without even thinking about it. Have a great day! 🏃♀️
Thank you Jill, it actually felt like I was climbing Everest and ran out of puff, hoping there was an oxygen mask at the top. Going to try to do that route once a week, when you get past that it’s on the flat all the way then roll back down the hill 😂⛰ Have a lovely Sunday !

Hey. Well done buddy. You are storming this 🤗 no run for me as went to pick my youngest from uni for Easter, only to be met with “I’m not staying home for the whole 3 weeks”!!! Think I miss her a little more than she misses me!!!!
