W6, R1- completed but a little tricky.

So after R3 of W5 I thought this was gonna be easy 😊....in the middle of the 2nd run I had to slow down as my legs felt dead, anyway I plodded on and finished. The last run wasn't so bad and managed to pick my pace up.

Think I'm going to start adding swimming to this new lifestyle, off to the pool on my rest days!

That runs get to so many people you are not on your own with that. Swimming will really compliments your running, I swim once a week and find it helps to stretch my muscles out. Rfc x
