W1 was a flying start.. W2 completed only one run so far! Giving myself excuses of my travels and long hours at work. I need to push the boat out.

What’s your top tip folks?

Slow and steady!

1. Have a playlist to last you the 30 minutes.

2. Read the FAQ blog post, it’s got everything you need in there.

3. Keep coming back to this community to spur you on.

4. Think of the weight loss, body change or mental health benefits.

5. Give yourself a chance, be kind to yourself.

I’m going to Peru in 2 weeks and I am already mapping out my runs so I can pick up where I leave when I return. Don’t let holidays hinder you, you have something to look forward to when you return!

Hello, if possible pick 3 days a week and these are your running days and stick to it no excuses you can do this 😊

Discipline is what’s needed at the moment

Commitment. Commit to yourself and if you can't do that commit to someone you simply won't let down, promise yourself/them you're going to complete the programme and just do it.

As you get further in you will likely become hooked and then it gets easier. 👍😉

Put your kit on. As soon as you get up, if you’re a morning runner, or as soon as you get in from work if you’re an evening runner. Even if you’re not going to run right that minute, get changed into your running kit right away. Because then it feels stupid to take it off again without having gone out for a run :)

Don't overthink it. Have your kit ready, put it on and just get out there...
