What’s on your running playlist?

Just worked out how to replace the dodgy podcast music with my own playlists. Pleased I won’t ever need to hear ‘Julie’ again, even though I was almost fond of it...

What’s on your running playlist?

Suggestions for good running music?

Not sure if this link will work. It's my fairly eclectic list. Some old Killers and Long Blondes to contemporary pop and dance tracks. I like a fast BPM especially as I tire! music.youtube.com/playlist?...

I never even knew there was a playlist!!!! I’ve gone through the whole 9 weeks not knowing this!

You have to use your own playlists from iTunes. But the C25K app will add the instructor’s voice over the top of the music, so you get the best of both worlds.

Oh! Yes I used my own music but I thought there was a specific playlist with the app that I had totally missed! Lol

I think playlists are pretty individual. 😄 I ran the whole of C25k to a switch out of Gabrielle Aplin’s Light Up the Dark and Miles Davis’ Kind of Blue. Sometimes I heard the words (Is anybody out there?) just at the right moment & had a chuckle. And sometimes the drum beat kept me going. 😂

I do think various folks on the Bridge have made playlists on Spotify and shared them. Will see if I can find the link.... (but don’t hold your breath for my tech skills. 🤪)

Thanks for that. Big fan of Miles here, so I expect he will make it to some of my playlists.

I never try to actually run to the beat, but that underlying drum can be a real help. 👍 Have fun.

I have various playlists:

Cheesy 80’s music (don’t judge me 🤪)

Main stream chart artists and a couple of playlists with my favourite dancing tunes.

Today I opted for sone slower music so I listened to some blues music as I wanted to go a bit slower plus I was dancing in my minds eye too which I always like to do. 😬

Thanks. You really cannot go wrong with cheesy 80s. Well, not much... I must create a playlist of that decade’s very best.

:D :D :D Same! Worse for me though, Julie is my name. ;)
