My trainer is Sarah Millican. With her upbeat and chirpy cues, I feel like I’ve really connected with her even though it’s just a recording haha! I am also pretty sure on W2R3 she ended the run with “Well done Flower!” - it was a wonderful moment 😁

When I was doing c25k I chose Laura and stuck with her and used her a few weeks after graduating she was like a security blanket. Don't use her now though just my music when out running 😊😊
I changed with each run. Run 1 was Jo, run 2 Sarah, and 3 was Laura. Only done week 1 and I was worried about staying interested, and making each run bit different. I’m out of my comfort zone doing this, but I’m quite eager to start week 2 tomorrow.
Ah mixing it up, that’s a good idea. I’m addicted to the programme, started W3 this morning, having a good playlist is also helping stay motivated x good luck x
I had to switch today because Sarah’s recording for W5R3 is not working. I switched to Jo Whiley, she was very good! I found the others to be quite robotic when I played then to select a PT for today’s run. Jo was just as likeable as Sarah! Thanks for standing in Jo! I’m back to Sarah again now though 😁
