I Tried W1R1 for my first run in two months since being injured in a car crash.

I took it very slowly and felt no twinges.

Is it worth doing the other runs in w1 or should I move straight on to w2?

Glad that you got through your first run tonight with no problems whatsoever.

I am rerunning all of the C25K program as I have not been running much during the last few months, I reran run 1 of week 3 this morning.

Run week 2 on Sunday and if you feel satisfied with that, run week 3 on Tuesday or Wednesday and so on, I don't think that you need to completely rerun the program the same way as the first time, that wold only apply if you had been off running for years, not two months.

Well done! My wife had someone drive into the back of her car yesterday which pushed her into the car in front while she was in a stationary queue of traffic, luckily no injuries except for some shock which came out when she got into work, and the police who were not far behind attended the scene.

Anyway, what Al says sounds good..
