Just got back from running w3r3 and I can't believe I'm a third of the way through already and how much I've improved since w1r1! Can't wait to push forward and start w4!
Despite having a really bad run two days ago, today's run was the run that I enjoyed the most! I decided to change the music I was listening to, from pop music to epic movie soundtracks and that made such a difference! I was more focused and even during moments when I wanted to stop, the music really helped me to keep going! Now I know what it means when people say 'runner's high!
