So happy to have completed week 3 run 3. Considering first park run on Sunday for week 4 run 1, not sure if I should wait until week 9 is complete?

Well done, you could do a park run but stick to the running and walking on wk4 r1 good luck π

No - many people (including myself) incorporated their C25K days into a parkrun. Just do exactly what you would do by yourself - including warmups and cooldowns Start right at the back of the crowd. parkrun is much much more than running 5K as fast as you can go.

Congratulations Cath47 on completing week 3 of C25K, most people wait until they have completed week 5 before they consider running in a parkrun but if you do run the first run of week 4 in a parkrun which involves a lot of interval runs and walks you may do so, take all the runs slowly. π
