Woohoo - graduated 🎉

I can’t believe I’ve finished the programme today! Struggled to run for a minute back in January to begin with. Managing about 4K in the 30 mins so that’s not too bad - will just keep working at it. Feeling very pleased with myself ☺️

Congratulations! “Not too bad”? It’s great... you’re now not only faster than everyone sat on the couch, you can walk down the street and know that 9+/10 people you see can’t do what you can do... so I’d say it’s amazing... and in just 2 months! Celebrate this achievement well, enjoy consolidation and your future running adventures

Congratulations on graduating here on C25K Caz79, , well done, interesting what UnfitNoMore says regarding 9+/10 people can't do, which is to run for 3.1 miles/5K without stopping, yes, really amazing. 😊 🏃 🎓
