Completed in the rain, took the baby and the dog. I found this harder than week 5 run 3, not sure why. It’s cold, rainy and windy which might be a factor, but either way I did it!

Running with a baby and the dog well done. Wk6 always seems to catch folk out just go slow 😊

It was cold, wet, windy, you had the baby, and the dog... and you still beat a run that catches many out... great job!
It’s a tougher run than previous ones because the workout was longer... add them up including the brisk walks... and also because we tend to go a bit faster seeing single digit intervals again.
