Just relax... do not overthink it....Put in some strength and flex over the weekend...and then head out again.. steadily and slowly... you can do this...

Ooh week 5 was my favourite! Take it steady and you’ll love it!
Well done! Some good advice on here about stretching & flexing over the weekend. I start wk4 in a couple of days & hope that if I take it really slowly I'll manage 5 minutes. Found 3 minutes this week doable, but was always glad when it was over!
