Still stunned that I am doing this. From 60 seconds to 5 minutes in 4 weeks. Not looking at next week yet...too scary. Will have the weekend off

Just relax... do not overthink it....Put in some strength and flex over the weekend...and then head out again.. steadily and slowly... you can do this... :)

Well done! Some good advice on here about stretching & flexing over the weekend. I start wk4 in a couple of days & hope that if I take it really slowly I'll manage 5 minutes. Found 3 minutes this week doable, but was always glad when it was over!
