Hi, well done on your weight loss. I’m on W2r2 tomorrow too. Not weighed myself but I feel good, down side is that it’s aking me feel hungrier which isn’t good as I need to lose weight. Unless it’s just my brain telling me to get off my arse and do something as I’m a comfort and boredom eater.

I feel your pain because when I first started C25K I couldn’t stop snacking on, well, anything and everything! Think I’ve just about brought it back under control now but it’s tough! My whole plan was to add tone to my bod, not pounds!

Thank you it makes you more determined πŸ˜‰ I also take apple cider vinegar 2tbsp with 1tbsp of vimto to take the taste away or add another if you need or reduce the vinegar to 1tbsp to get used to it then increase. I take it 15mins before breakfast and a hour before bedtime. What I’ve found out is the apple cider vinegar suppresses your appetite and plus lots of other health benefits just a idea for you. And I also drink warm water first thing when I get up and about 45 mins have my breakfast and have warm drinks ie herbal tee when eating it helps with digestion as cold water makes it harder and makes your food in your gut congealed and makes it hard to digest plus leaves fat deposits in your gut some info for you hope it helps. Plus I drink cold water when I train and when not eating πŸ˜‰πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘
