This was a lot better than I was dreading, I think once I’d done the first one I was feeling pretty confident I could push through the 2nd and actually feel less knackered than doing lots of little runs. Am really hopeful that run 3 will go well and I will actually be able to run for 20 minutes at a time. Going to be absolutely thrilled if I can .

Hey Bumblebetty, doesn't it feel amazing? I did Wk5 R2 last night and was so chuffed with myself. Running tomorrow and cant wait to achieve 20mins non stop...let me know how you get on x
I completed run 3 of week 5 today having felt like it was a massive jump up to 20 mins - it really is all in the mind, as I found it pretty easy! 20 mins sounds a long time but once you've started it flies by. Good luck!

Well done Bb! Looking forward to R3, I’ll be doing mine probably Friday or Sunday - I’m looking forward to it in a weird kind of way! Good luck and keep posting!

You'll be fine with run 3. I did it today with all the same doubts as you. Keep it slow and steady. That worked for me 😉
