Done! I was a bit nervous when the first five minute run kicked in, but I’m really proud that I got through it all. I usually listen to audio books (ones that I’ve listened to or read before, so I can zone in and zone out when the app is chatting to me). Today, I listened to music instead, but I’ll definitely be going back to the books. They take my mind off the times so much more than music does. Just a tip in case anyone else might benefit from this!
