Best wishes to finishing the plan and your wedding preparations. It’s an exciting time.

I’ve been running for 2 years. Running will help with toning but healthy eating is key. I lost 24 lbs since January only by eating healthy with smaller portions. 80% of weight loss is food and 20% exercise.

Thankyou for your advice, I already eat pretty health and have lost all of the weight I want to lose!

My main aim now is it tone up 💪🏻
