Well after my trip to the physio and discovery that my knee issue is in fact a tight quad, I have been rollering like mad and am pleased to report that my little 3k jaunt yesterday produced no niggles or pain.

Woohoo, I have therefore decided to try the 10k tomorrow and see how it goes.

Very excited 😳😳😳😳

Thank you xxx

Hi Jules. That's great news. I really hope you have a great run tomorrow and let us know how you get on. How are you feeling about the day?

I am also experiencing knee pain and after a trial run this week after a week off (with more knee pain), I am off to a physio on Monday. I hope my diagnosis is something that can be easily sorted too, as I want to get back out there 3 times a week!

Hey Mim

Feeling nervous as I haven't run much in the last couple of weeks so worried distance will be hard. Positive thoughts though. I can do it.

Hope you physio goes well Hun. Let us know how you get on

Good luck. Lots of positive thoughts, you can do this!! And if you need a walking break, there is no shame in that. :-)

Look forward to reading your race report tmrw. Just soak in the day and do your best.

And thank you I am feeling positive it will be something minor.

Yay, Jules, fantastic!!! Wish I'd signed up for the 5k now!! Have the best fun. I'll look forward to your race report.

It's just occurred to me, which physio do you see? It's not my 'Lovely James' is it??

Hey AM

It's the big fun run at Christchurch park next Saturday. Still time to sign up for that πŸ˜€

No, I went to a guy called Will but he was equally as lovely.
