Back in February I was doing wk8 run 2 when I pulled my calf muscle. Today I tried again I'm surprised how long it's taken to heal and get my confidence back to try again, although it did start to twinge in the last five minutes. I do hope this is not going to stop me completing all the runs. Fingers crossed.

Fingers crossed, did they give you some stretches after you injury to help strengthen. If they did, it might be worth doing them again as you build up your running. Good luck. Rfc x

Thank you for your comments, I have tried stretching again so hopefully it will work this time
