Not a good run 😥

So park run success Saturday and didn’t finish my run today !! It was SO windy and was running into it at first. Only did 15 mins!! First time I haven’t completed what I set out to do since week 5.

It happens to us all I’m sure. Going to rest a few days then off I go again !! 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️

Good attitude 👍 remember any run is better than no run I'm sure it was just one of those bad runs that appear every now and then x
