Had a change of venue last night for the above run - on pavement, round a Lakeside development as opposed to grass and gravel in the local park. All was going well until I realised Michael had stopped encouraging me (phone had turned off in my pocket) however, I set up again and ended up running for slightly longer! Today I ache all over - is it the change of surface or going over the allocated time?
Feeling so positive though and seriously thinking about a park run for my W9R3. Advice welcome!
