Whoop whoop got that out of the way and onto W9. Not pretending it’s easy but it’s doable. I started my Strava at start of run this time and finished without including the warm ups. I didn’t even make 3km🤣 I assume it’ll get better!?

I'm the same Ruby68 - I guess the distance will come and we just need to focus on endurance and time at the moment xx

Wk 9, fantastic well done 👏 I don’t get far either, don’t think it matters, am sure distance will increase with improved stamina and endurance.

Well done 👌 I think get to 30 mins and then embrace the new challenges of

Distance and increasing stamina .

It’s amazing how suddenly we find ourselves here in wk9 ( & 8 for me ) who knew 🤷🏼‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️
