Whoop whoop got that out of the way and onto W9. Not pretending it’s easy but it’s doable. I started my Strava at start of run this time and finished without including the warm ups. I didn’t even make 3km🤣 I assume it’ll get better!?

It’s amazing how suddenly we find ourselves here in wk9 ( & 8 for me ) who knew 🤷🏼♀️🏃🏻♀️
