RUN 2 done! So I just finished run 2 of week 1 and I am feeling happy and proud of myself! I had less pain in my shins than my last run and think the stretches I completed before and after are really helping with this!
Does anyone have any good breathing techniques for when you are running? I feel like I need to concentrate on my breathing a bit more and this will help me maintain a steady pace I can maintain for longer.
Really enjoyed this run and excited to complete my week 1 with run 3 - think I will be doing this on Thursday as I have a busy next two days.
Thank you for all of the comments and good luck's on my previous post, this forum is a great source of motivation and makes me feel like I can do it!!

One of the things that helps breathing the most is relaxing, I know that can be hard as you begin, but keep shaking your arms and shoulders every know and then, that help you relax and that in turn should help your breathing.
