Wk3 run 2. Seems quicker

So I completed the second run of week 3 this morning and although I’m following the podcast it seems that it’s all over quicker than the other weeks. Is this a normal feeling. I’m recovering quicker too which is nice. On the type 1 diabetes front I’m having to drop my doses of insulin and finally, bpm. Before I started the program my resting bpm was never below 115. News it’s between 79 and 85. I think this is a good thing too. Happy 1st April all.

Great progress on the running and bpm.

Yes, Week 3 of the C25K program is by far the shortest of them all. Tim has an FAQ post here:

... with a link to a chart of each of the runs. You can see that Week 3 is a total of 25 minutes activity whereas W1was about 29 minutes.
