Wobble Tummy help needed

Hi all need some advice just finished run 2 of week 7 for this unfit lady I’m so happy I’ve lost weight too

So a very great result but need tips on reducing my belly My very large wobbly belly I eat very well drink lots of water but can not reduce my tummy any tips would be great

Oh and keep going everyone if I can do you sure can 😄

I honestly don’t know but following your post. My tummy isn’t too bad really, despite 3 kids but it’s not perfect and would love it to look nicer and be firmer.

I think just loseing weight will do it eventually it’s just that we can’t control where the weight decides to come off 😩

H...well done. I have followed slimming world since Christmas and 2 stone has gone. My tummy is almost pre children flat. I did ditch alcohol too...apart from special occasions. I read it was one of the worst contributors to belly fat. I rarely have bread either. Hope this helps...mine practically dissolved away following this plan.

Huge well done to you...you are doing brilliantly... Maybe try upping some of your rest day exercise for toning that tum.
