Phew - week 1 done, but the dog's not happy!

Hooray! Completed my first week this morning.

Each run section was easier again today for me, but my little four-legged running buddy was not so impressed... I think she's finally twigged what the difference is between the trainers and the walking boots coming out of the cupboard in the morning.

I could almost hear her saying "What, again?!" She enjoyed swimming in the pond and smelling the primroses though....

I don't know if she'll be in it with me for the long haul, but we'll keep trying as I'm enjoying her company out in the woods.

Well done for completing the first week, it’s the hardest! Maybe your dog will change it’s mindset soon :-)

Congratulations on completing week 1. You'll be amazed at how quickly things improve. I can't speak for how your furry friend will take to it though. :)
