I'm sure there must be other people in the same boat as me who went against all advice (wrongly or rightly!) and started C25K at a much later week.
I'm in my mid twenties, relatively fit and use to run 3 times a week at uni, primarily for my mental health. Unfortunately I dip in and out of running with, sometimes, months of absences. I can never seem to get past 20 minutes which may be a mental block.
As I can run for 20 minutes, I decided to start at week 5. I'm now about to embark on week 6 run 3, which is scary as it is 25 minutes!
I am just glad intervals are over. For some reason I absolutely hated the stopping and starting in week 5 and week 6 run 1. I found it wore me out more. I much prefer to run in a solid block.
Happy running 🏃🏼♀️😊💕 x
