First Park Run complete!!!

I fought off my gremlins and did my first park run as my fourth consolidation run. It’s also the first time I did actually run for 5K. Got my email to say I came, wait for it...... 547th with a time of 54mins!!!!!!! Oh my goodness it did make me 😊 But I don’t mind because for me it’s such a personal achievement. I did it and will now keep going, knowing that I can do it.
