As the durations increase you can slow down! The first trick I learned was that my brisk walk could be faster than my run. That helped, then after someone posted this (I was in W6) - m.youtube.com/watch?v=9L2b2... it changed everything for me and I wish I’d seen it earlier! It’s a low impact style of running and could really help you stick at it as the runs get longer. And stay well hydrated on rest days as well as run days. Good luck!
