Week 1 over!!

Have just finished week one and am chuffed to bits! Wasn’t easy for me but was so determined to carry on and not give up. I’m now worrying about Sunday morning which means starting Week 2 and a 1:30 run!! Worried I won’t be able to do it. Should I repeat Week 1 again until it feels easier or just plough on??

Go forward. I doubted every single run and thought I should have stayed on week 1 for at least 6 months!!! Really trust the programme , I graduated last Sunday and it’s amazing 😉

If you've completed each run in wk1 just move on to wk2 great work 😊

Keep going :)

The general consensus is to only repeat a run if you didn't complete it successfully. Don't worry about running for 90 seconds, you CAN do this! The program has been designed to gradually get us to running for 30 minutes; you will get there :)

Believe in the program but mostly believe in you!!

Keep us up to date with your progress :)

Happy running.
