So having completed the programme solo without using any other apps, all I know is I ran for 30 mins three times a week. Tomorrow I am participating in a 5k with my daughter, which i am pleased to be able to do but why does my mind throw all these things at me? ... what if I let her down? What if I’m not fast enough? Silly things to worry about I know x but I can’t seem to put them to the back of my mind x funny thing is she’s is the loveliest person ever and is just thrilled I said I would do it with her x crazy I know but I can’t help it x

All normal fears. But don’t worry you will enjoy it a lot and other people running with you will help you through it . If you are in pain or struggling just slow it down a bit. Enjoy the run !

Glad it’s normal 😊x I am very lucky for I have totally enjoyed the programme and have suffered no pains, which for an overweight nearly 50 year old has been great 😂x and actually really enjoy being out and running x

You can do it. Do you remember wk1 and how hard you thought it was and you made your way to 30minutes non stop running. You can do this. Come back and let us know how you get on good luck 😊

Absolutely normal - just remember all those others started out where we all did at some point, the great thing is you’ve decided to get out there with your daughter - irrespective of how you run, this will make her extremely proud of you. Good luck and I look forward to the post run report 😀
