Week 1 Run 2 - Feeing Fabulous

Just finished week 1 run 2 and feeing great!! Sounds silly but I can already feel a benefit and could go for a little longer. I did try and run at least twice a week anyway but C25K gives me that much needed structure and shows me my progress so that’s a bonus! Roll on Saturday for my final run of week 1!

Well done. We are on the same stage. Roll on Saturday and give yourself a big pat on the back.

Well done! And if you’re seeing benefits now, you will be staggered by what you can do! It’s such a fabulous journey!!
