I had to break with my normal and do this run in the morning 😬 - think

I prefer evenings when I’ve eaten & drank all day, but the important thing is I completed it. I ran at 7.15am on green tea, coffee & a banana .....I felt quite sick the last 8 minutes ....but I think airy belly sick 🤢🤔 - every days a school day!!

I run early..but an hour after a drink and two biscuits. You did well to complete your run!

Kudos for getting up early and running 👍👍👍 Just the thought of it fills me with horror. Like you I am definitely an early evening runner :)
