I'm feeling quite down hearted started week 2 and may now have to stop! Don't know what I've done but my right knee is hurting and made it difficult to run. Anyone else had any knee problems? What can I do to help?

As the guide to the plan states healthunlocked.com/couchto5... anyone starting a new exercise regime is going to experience some issues. Knee pain is very common and the guide gives advice on ways to minimise the impact, which is the primary cause of the problem.

Rest up and follow the advice about injury treatment and you will probably be fine to continue in a few days time.

Take the advice from IannodaTruffe ...and then.. slow and steady!

Try resting for a few days . I had knee ache at one point so I got myself some knee supports from eBay which helped. I don't use them at all now 😊
