well I'm nearly there, really pleased with final run of the week, and understanding why the first 10 minutes are a struggle has helped me get my head sorted- read about it on here!

Excited for week 9 run 1, so much so planning on getting out in the sunshine tomorrow as I normally run at the gym in the week and outside at the weekend, but the mornings have been so glorious of late that I think I'll try the track used for weekend park runs- dodging dog walkers at 6am- let you know how it goes- assuming it s up to 30 mins running- I'll know soon enough!
