Just put this one in the bag; 5 runs in total - amazed myself that i managed to get even this far. Week 2 can certainly be felt more than week one but not in such a way that it's putting me off. If anything it's motivating me to stay with it and push through the tiny voice in my head that says "this is a bit hard, why don't you stop and walk for a bit".
4 out of the 5 runs have been outdoors but the next run is planned for the gym treadmill. Will be interested to see how the two compare.
Next week i'm flying out to Boston and New York for 10 days but have already planned where and when i'm going to carry out the sessions - can't miss the chance to run/jog/shuffle around Central Park now can i?
