Week 6 Run 3 done!

I DID IT! I felt like I wasn't going to be able to finish the 25 minute 3 or 4 minutes in as my legs felt so heavy and my back was sore too but I pushed through and was even able to sprint for the last 20 seconds! I'm feeling so happy and proud, bring on week 7 :)

Well done you. Make sure you're well hydrated every day and if your backs sore try and watch your posture while running , make sure you're running upright and not bent over 😊😊

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3 /25 minute runs.

That’s so great! Really well done. One thing you could check is if you are drinking enough water - I’ve found that the better hydrated I am the less of that heavy leg feeling I get! Well done on becoming a runner! x
